While on my shopping excursion today, I opened a lot of boxes. . .the prices have gone up a couple of bucks. I noticed that a few outfits had socks where I don't think they had before., like Samantha's play dress - I thought that just came with the ribbon. I may be wrong. . .
I just came off a major eBay binge a few weeks ago, and I think I am going to stick with buying the current things from AG - with the code (of course). It may still be a little more expensive, but in the long run, I think you get more for your money. A lot of the things I see on eBay don't have the little items that come with the outfit (ribbons, socks and such).
eBay is great for the retired things, I lucked out on a bunch of retired things that weren't too costly. I especially love the sporty things - the little roller blades, the skateboard stuff, the softball outfit (beginner's luck, I got it complete with bat and ball!) Anyway, eBay does have its merits.
The point, I think, is that expensive as AG may be, eBay is not that great a deal when it comes to the current stuff.

I agree. I prefer to buy directly from AG whenever possible. And I think you said it perfectly - you get more for your money in the long run. If anything ever ships missing a piece, or broken, or if the dress just doesn't fit right, you can always send it back with no problem. Just look at the E & F dress fiasco! I think someone had just gotten her fourth try in the mail - can't do that with an Ebay seller!

I agree with that, but for a few special dresses I sometimes want the PM version. Then I turn to ebay, even if it is still available from AG.
